Panel Stacker/Destackers
Doucet ESD Stacker/Destacker
The ESD is a modular device designed
for easy integration into any panel processing line.
Fixed Height Receiving Table
The ESD consists of a fixed height receiving table, a tilting transfer
ramp leading to a leveled stacking table and a stacking section
equipped with pneumatic even-enders on both sides.
Conveyor Belts
The receiving table, the transfer ramp and the stacking table
are equipped with conveyor belts. Panels slide down or up the
transfer ramp depending on the thickness of the stack.
Ramp Automatically Raises as Needed
The ramp automatically raises one panel thickness increment
for every panel deposited on top of the stack. Vertical stacking
capacity is 48". Once the stacker has filled-up, the stack
is pushed onto a lateral conveyor for pick-up. The ESD can also
be configured as a de-stacker for use at the infeed end of a
panel processing line.
