The FJL 190 was conceived to perform the horizontal Joint required for the production of Finger Jointed boards. The main feature of this line is a high production capacity in any situation (up to 120 lugs per minute). The shaper unit is made up by two offset shoulders each equipped with top or bottom scoring unit, hogging saw and cutter stack. The right shoulder is also equipped with a high precision glue spreader. The continuos chain feed system along with high speed transferring conveyor belts are the guarantee for a perfect joint. The ninety degree automatic transfer conveyor sends the shaped pieces to the crowding channel and onto the pre-press unit. After the composed board is cut to length, the high speed hydraulic final press unit completes the operation and ejects the finished boards.
